Car Parks

At IRL we understand that car parks present a variety of different surfacing and coating challenges. Subject to heavy usage and impact from petrol, oil and de-icing products it is important that these facilities have resilient, durable floors and surfaces. Excellent water proofing and drainage are vital, particularly in multi-storey car parks or if the car park decking is above occupied premises.

Different resin flooring surfaces may be needed for ramps (where anti-skid (non slip) products will be necessary) or turning circles where there is more wear and tear due to friction. Pedestrian walkways have different needs again, all of which can be met by our bespoke service. We also provide soffit  and wall coatings which can be easily cleaned and maintained.

IRL can provide the entire package including surfacing, decking, roofing and wall coatings for internal or external car parks. We know that visual impact can be important too and we can incorporate attractive colours and decorative finishes and complete the project with line markings and signage.
