On the back of this approach a local pharmaceutical company, with whom we have a long standing relationship with, approached IRL to supply and install anti-static flooring to a Wash Room Area. IRL have carried out numerous areas within the client’s facility and know the high standards they demand. We were asked to apply a surface which would resist chemicals, have excellent abrasion resistance and be easy to clean. In addition to these qualities the floor had to be aesthetically attractive and capable of maintaining its good looks.
The specification was for Resustat TG69 to be applied to the floor with a stainless steel trim to 100mm high polyurethane cove mortar to perimeter of the room using Resuthane JT40.
Resustat TG69 is a four pack conductive resin based floor screed system which is laid at 6 mm nominal thickness. The formulation comprises of a unique blend of conductive fillers blended with polyurethane resin components & pigments to provide an attractive textured Matt finish.

Resuthane JT40 is a water based trowel applied cove and wall polyurethane resin render. Resuthane JT40 is designed specifically for use with the Resuthane floor screed systems, in order to maintain the same standards of resistance to abrasion and chemical contact.
