Vehicle Manufacturing Plant - December 2014
We were requested to carry out works during the shutdown period for a vehicle manufacturing company. Works consisted of carrying out floor coating works to the whole of the Engineering Area within the A wing of the Building. Works were required to be be staged to maintain fire escape exits, drive routes, area access etc.
The previously painted concrete slab was prepared by diamond grinding and STR light mechanical abrading then solvent wiped to allow for evaporation. Sikafloor 264 Solvent Free High Build Resin was applied with an anti-slip finish and line marking was created with Sikacor EG5.
The total area coated was in excess of 5000 sq metres.
Gareth Limerick from the plant commented "the works and visit were a success so thank you and the lads for another good job done"
