2021 Year in Review
After conquering the various ‘lockdown’ criteria that we faced during the previous year, 2021 brought with it new challenges with the raw material crisis. This raw material price inflation was caused by a change in the supply and demand balance due to Covid-19, manufacturing plant reductions, or global supply chain limitations. In addition to these issues, a serious incident in a raw material factory in Korea led to a global shortage of one of the key substances used to produce epoxy resins.
Logistical challenges with Brexit documentation within ports and of course the well communicated driver shortage all added to the obstacles that were overcome.

The positive throughout all of this, despite all the unforeseen challenges, we increased our turnover by 37.9%, retained our record on Service/Delivery Standards and collaborated hard with our excellent team and supply chain, conquering the year with outstanding accomplishments and going into 2022 with a record order book.
Whilst looking back on 2021 we cannot stop thinking about those who helped us to build a prosperous business and has been with us throughout the past year. Thank you for your support, may this new year be full of great accomplishments.
